Yes — all eligible standard orders over £500 are shipped free using fully insured, tracked couriers. This does not apply to bespoke commissions, which are arranged separately.

We offer a 7-day return window on eligible in-stock items in original, unworn condition with all paperwork and packaging. Bespoke and custom-made items cannot be returned. See our full Terms & Conditions for the complete list of exclusions.

Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm. For Saturday visits or a fully private, unhurried experience, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.

Absolutely. Every pre-owned timepiece is independently authenticated before being listed for sale. All jewellery carries our Treasure Box authenticity documentation, and diamonds come with independent certification where applicable.

Once you approve the final design, a 40% deposit is required to begin production. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers materials procurement and workshop time. The remaining 60% is due upon final approval before your piece is delivered.

Most standard bespoke commissions are completed within 6–8 weeks. Complex pieces or those requiring rare stones may take 10–16 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline during your initial consultation and keep you updated throughout.

Minor revisions can be accommodated before the deposit is paid. Once production has begun, significant changes may incur additional costs or extend the timeline. We encourage thorough review at the design stage to avoid this.

Yes. We work with clients across Europe, the US, and beyond. The design consultation and approval process can be done entirely remotely via video call, with international insured shipping arranged for delivery.
