Every stone and every metal we use is sourced through verified, ethical supply chains. We work exclusively with suppliers who can demonstrate conflict-free provenance and fair labour practices — because the story behind your piece matters as much as the piece itself.
Our gemologists hand-select each stone for colour, cut, clarity, and carat — whether you're after a flawless round brilliant diamond or a vivid Colombian emerald. If you have a stone in mind, bring it. If you need guidance, we'll find the right one together.
Our five-step process is designed to give you complete confidence at every stage — from the first sketch to the final handover.
Tell us everything — occasion, style, budget, timeline. Sketches, Pinterest boards, a single sentence, or a rough idea. Every commission starts from wherever you are.
Our craftsmen translate your brief into detailed hand sketches and 3D renders. You'll see exactly how your piece will look — and we refine until it's perfect — before anything is made.
Once you approve the design, a non-refundable 40% deposit confirms your commission and covers materials and workshop time. Production begins immediately.
Before the finishing stage begins, your piece is presented for final approval. The remaining 60% balance is settled here. Your feedback shapes the final result.
Your finished piece arrives in our signature Treasure Box packaging with full certification, care instructions, and lifetime after-care support. Collect in person or via insured delivery.
